House party, birthday, get together or night in with the family and friends. Leave the food to me, no hassle, a wonderful feast cooked with love will be delivered hot and ready to serve for your occasion.

Main: – Fried Lemon Pepper –or- Roast Jerk Chicken Wings (x1 TRAY) (Served with carrot/celery sticks and garlic and lemon aioli dip)
– Jugz Supreme Mac’N’Cheese (x1 TRAY) (baked creamy pasta with 3 cheeses)
– Rice and Peas (x1 TRAY) (Basmati rice with kidney beans and black eyed peas, thoroughly seasoned with thyme and coconut milk)
– Sweet and Tangy Sesame Coleslaw (x1 TRAY) (Carrots and Cabbage mixed with Jugz secret sweet Japanese mirin dressing topped with spring onions and sesame.)

Fine Dining Menu & Packages
Menus Based on £35.00 per Head (Minimum 4 – Maximum 12)
PLUS Cost of ingredients, as deposit (price varies depending on amount of people).
Alcohol not included.
Menu One
Starter: Fusion Tacos, Two soft shell tacos with Asian Style Fried Shrimp, Fresh Pico De Gallo Salsa, Mature Cheddar. Punchy flavour with sweet, salty and sour elements, great complement to beer!
Main: 48hr Marinated Roast Jugz Style Jerk Chicken Thigh (boneless), Rice and Black Eyed Peas, Sweet Apple Coleslaw with Rum & Coke Honey BBQ Jerk Sauce. A hearty Caribbean meal to complement the festivities, goes down well with a fruit punch or a sweet white or rose wine!
(Pescatarian option for main is Roast Escovitch Fish, veggie option is Roasted Seasonal Vegetables in flavourful marinade)
Dessert: Tropical Fruit Salad with Lime Cream and Sea Salt Brittle. Goes well with a Muscato and Sweet Prosecco
Menu Two
Starter: Roast Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Soup with Parmesan Crostini & Turkish Bread. Delicious with a Deep Red Wine
Main: Classic Home-style Baked Sicilian Pork and Beef Meatballs with Parsley Linguini, Garlic Butter and Almond Fried Tenderstem Broccoli. A classic Italian meal full of love, with more flavour than you could believe! Suggested with a Deep Red Wine.
Veggie option – replace with soya ‘meat’ balls
Dessert: Lemon and Poppy Seed Drizzle Cake served with a Lemoncello Mascarpone Cream. Served best with GOOD strong coffee!!
Menu 3
Starter: Italian Fried Chicken Wings in a Polenta breading with garlic, thyme, lemon and rosemary served with a garlic aioli. Veggie chicken swapped for tofu. Great with a Sweet White Wine
Main: Pan firied Seabass fillet with a butter and caper sauce on Tagatelli with homemade Pesto served with grilled courgettes and broccoli. Serve with Sweet White or Rose Wine
Dessert: Winter Berry Compote over honey & vanilla yoghurt with sweet and salty toasted oats. Served best with GOOD strong coffee!!
Menu 4
Starter: Krustini with Camembert and Caramelized onions with roast peppers and garlic. Serve with a deep Red Wine preferably a Rioja.
Main: French Style Baked Chicken with a luscious gravy served with truffle and Parmesan mashed potato and sticky honey glazed carrots. Veggie Chicken Swapped for Hake Fish Fillets. Serve with same deep Red Wine or a hoppy beer.
Dessert: Spiced Carrot and Walnut Muffin with sweet carnation custard and glazed walnuts. Served best with GOOD strong coffee or Cup of strong English tea.
